How to use:
After you have cured the second layer of Crystal Crescent Gel Polish, apply a thin layer of No Wipe Top Coat sealing the free edge of the nail and cure it under the LED or UV light (60-90 seconds under the LED lamp and 180 seconds under the UV lamp) This top coat does not require wiping after curing in the lamp. Finally apply Cuticle oil to finish.
GEL BASE
Our revolutionary low-Acidic Primer is a hybrid between acidic and non-acidic primers. It eliminates oils from the nail’s surface, prepping it for treatment without dehydrating it. Plus, it acts as a double-sided adhesive, significantly increasing the bond of the gel polish to the natural nail. Whether you have strong, healthy nails or fragile and dry ones, this primer makes sure your nails won’t be dried out or damaged.
Our Gel base is specifically designed to protect the gel polish and prevent air pockets or lifting. The primer also neutralizes nail pH, boosts adhesion, and ensures an ideal surface for gel polish application.
How to use:
- Always wash and sanitise hands and nails before the treatment. Dust, dirt or oils can influence the retention.
- Prep the nail bed by pushing back the cuticles using a cuticle pusher. Trim the cuticles with cuticle nippers if necessary.
- Shape the nails into the desired shape using a 180 grit nail file, then gently buff the nails using 220/240 grit nail file to remove any shine and smooth the surface.
- Brush all dust and residue off, then soak lint-free wipes with an alcohol based nail prep solution and wipe and rub each nail, carefully removing any leftovers.
- Apply BASE GEL on each nail to adjust the PH of the nail plate and remove any oils. Wait a few seconds for the product to evaporate.
- Apply BASE GEL to each nail to create the perfect base for a strong adhesion, then start the application of the Gel Polish.
IMPORTANT: Primer works only on the natural nail, do NOT apply it to the gel polish surface. Remember NOT to layer the product - applying too much Primer can cause the gel polish to lift. Once applied, Primer will create a sticky layer - there is no need to wait for it to evaporate - apply GEL BASE immediately afterwards.
